MUJI USA accepts returns of unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Pack Your Items
Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your initial shipment.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
